Commissioner for Oaths

Owen Thomas Lowry is Commissioner for Oaths in accordance with
the Statutory Declarations Act 1835.

As a Commissioner for Oaths he may, in England and Wales, administer any oath or take any affidavit for the purposes of any court or matter in England and Wales, including any of the ecclesiastical courts or jurisdictions.

A Commissioner for Oaths swears Statutory Declarations and Affidavits which are used for the purpose of giving written evidence in judicial proceedings in cases where the general requirements for witnesses to give their evidence orally and in open court is waived.

In accordance with the Oaths Act 1978. Oaths are administered for Affirmations, Affidavits and Statutory Declarations.
