FEES AND DISBURSEMENTS - These Notary Public Fees and disbursements are based upon the calculation of our costs and overheads required to run our Notarisation Practice.

NOTARY PUBLIC FEES - Please send us a scan of your documents and we will provide a written quotation prior to instructions being undertaken. All  fees and disbursements are confirmed in writing with the client.

All fees are paid by Credit or Debit card on our Online Payment Gateway when a client appointment meeting is booked.  Being VAT registered, a VAT receipt will be provided.

DISBURSEMENTS

In the written quotation we will state if we need to pay for Hague Convention 1961 Apostilles fees, for Embassy Legalisation or Translation Fees, some of these fees are payable in advance.  

EMBASSY LEGALISATION FEES

As London based Embassy Legalisation fees vary, please inform email us with your specific requirements and we will provide a written quotation.
