The Master of the Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury acting through Court of Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury (commonly called the Faculty Office) is the Approved Regulator of Notaries Public in England and Wales Pursuant to Part 1 of Schedule 4 of the Legal Services Act 2007.
