FEES AND DISBURSEMENTS - These fees and disbursements are based upon the calculation of our costs and overheads required to run our Notarisation Practice.
COMPANIES HOUSE AUTHORISED CORPORTATE SERVICE PROVIDER (ACSP) FEES - our fees to verify the identity of a Company Director in compliance with the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 are £30.00, plus VAT, per document verified.
NOTARY PUBLIC FEES - Please send us a scan of your documents and we will provide a written quotation prior to instructions being undertaken. All fees and disbursements are confirmed in writing with the client.The minimum Notary Public fee is £60.00, plus VAT, per document. We as Notaries Public, electronically sign, certify and obtain United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland government issued Electronic Hague Convention 1961 Apostilles for £80.00, per document.
All fees are paid by Credit or Debit card on our Online Payment Gateway when a client appointment meeting is booked. Being VAT registered, a VAT receipt will be provided.
DISBURSEMENTS
In the written quotation we will state if we need to pay for Hague Convention 1961 Apostilles fees, for Embassy Legalisation or Translation Fees, some of these fees are payable in advance.
