A Companies House Authorised Agent, also known as an (ACSP), is a registered professional such as an Notary Public Lawyer who verifies the identity of clients for Companies House and files information on their behalf. These agents must be registered with a UK Anti--Money   Laundering (AML) supervisory body and are used to meet new identity verification requirements for company directors and people with significant control (PSCs). Fixed fees of £125.00, plus VAT. Our office is located in at 41 Avenue Close, Rudgwick Terrace, Camden, London NW8 6DA, England. The the nearest Underground Station to our office is St. John's Wood which is on the Jubilee Line. From the St. John's Wood Underground Station, turn left onto Acacia Road, follow Acacia Road to the junction with Avenue Road, turn right onto Avenue Road, cross Avenue Road at the Pedestrian Crossing. Immediately on your left you will see on your left , an entrance to Avenue Close, come up Rudgwick Terrace to the mini roundabout with the willow tree, on the roundabout you will see a metal and brick gate.  41 Avenue Close is through the gate on the left hand side. The buiding entrance is by three white flower containers.
